We complete Form 8 (Change of Board of Directors) after every Annual General Meeting or if there is a change to the Board of Directors in between AGM Meetings. We complete Form 7 (Service address change for Condominium Corporation) once we have been awarded contract and management contract has been signed. Both forms are registered with Land Titles once signed by the Board of Directors. Names and Address of members of the Board of Directors are listed in the Form 7 and as required by the Condominium Property Act.
