One of the fist items of business for our company in acquiring a new property is to open two bank accounts which remain registered in the name of the Condominium Corporation (Owners Condominium Plan Number) We strictly follow the Condominium Property Act in regards to investments as it outlines the requirement of low risk investments on behalf of Condominium Corporations. We work with both ScotiaMcLeod and Manulife and are open to working with a preferred investor as recommended by the Board of Directors.
