Condominium Property Act Changes.
At Connelly & Company Management LTD we are committed to working with the new Condominium Property Act and Regulation changes. These changes will take effect July 1, 2019 and further changes being implemented January 1, 2020.
We will be working closely with our Property Managers, Board of Directors and Ownerships to ensure a smooth as possible transition. Please keep in mind that this will be a new transition for all of us. Over the next couple of months we will be going over with our staff members the changes being implemented to ensure they can answer inquiries to the best of their abilities from Condominium Boards and Condominium owners.
