Condominium Manager
Calgary, ABHybridFull-Time
As a Condominium Manager with Connelly, you’ll be the primary point of contact for condominium boards, owners, contractors and suppliers across your assigned portfolio. You’ll support boards in carrying out their decisions, oversee day-to-day building operations, manage key financial and administrative responsibilities, and ensure clients receive timely, professional service.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, confident managing competing priorities, and genuinely enjoys building trusted relationships with the communities they serve.
Why Managers Build Their Careers Here
This role is built around trusting experienced managers to run their own portfolio — with the earnings, autonomy and backing to match.
Earn what you build
You earn commission on the management contracts you hold. Add three weeks of paid vacation, a strong benefits package, a gas and phone allowance, and licensing fees covered — and the numbers work out the way they should.
Work on your terms
Work a hybrid schedule, set your own hours, and take flex days when you need them. There’s no punch clock, no checking in and out, and no one looking over your shoulder.
A portfolio that stays yours
Your portfolio is your portfolio — no unwarranted changes unless you ask for them. A third-party emergency service covers after hours, and you get the tools to do the job properly: a laptop and the Connelly Hub.
Backed by the business
One person to answer to: the General Manager. Behind that sits genuine support from management and ownership, an open and transparent workplace, and the stability of a family business more than 45 years established — with the team socials that come with it.
