Collection of Fees

We have collected millions of dollars in assessments, fees, contributions, levies on behalf of Condominium Corporations. In fact we pride ourselves in keeping arrears at 1% of the budget or lower. We have several condominiums that have no arrears on file because of our ability to collect. Our process of collection has been successful. We strictly follow all legal requirements through By laws  of the Condominium Corporation and the Condominium Property Act.

All Clients, Trades and Staff
RE: COVID Shut Down

 
Our office will be closed to all Clients, Trades, Staff and the Public effective December 8, 2020 for the remainder of 2020. Expected return and regular hours are to resume on Monday January 4, 2021 at 8:30 AM. This is dependent on the COVID Regulations from the Provincial Government at that time.

We expect to be fully operational and business as usual, with the exception of minor inconveniences.

The safety of our staff, customers and trades is of utmost importance to our company. With COVID Numbers increasing and many restrictions being implemented we feel this is the best course of action. All Connelly staff members will be working from home.

Clients should contact their assigned property manager for any matters that require attention.

Trades should send invoicing to reception@connellymanagement.com or to the assigned manager for the property you are working at.

Our emergency phone line remains operational 24/7 for emergency matters such as Fire, Flood, Security. In the event of an emergency, please contact 403-228-1557 and ask to be directed to our emergency on call property manager. 

Urgent matters and general inquiries should be directed to your assigned property manager as phone and emails will be monitored during this time.

Condo Fees, Assessments can be paid via. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)  please contact your assigned property manager for those details.

Keys, Garage Remotes, Parking Passes, FOBS, Access Cards, Parking Violations, By Law enforcement, should be directed to your assigned property manager.

We also have a secure mail slot drop available to the right of our office front entrance, that will be monitored.

We Thank you for your cooperation, please stay safe and follow all government regulations. We would like to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday. We look forward to seeing everyone when it is safe again to do so in the New Year.
